About Mary Helen

Hi! My name is Mary Helen (or MH or Melon, for short), and I'm on a mission to transform real estate journeys into an unforgettable adventure in the stunning landscapes of Western North Carolina and Southwest Florida. With over 25 years of experience, I offer a unique blend of real estate expertise, marketing & business acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of the power of relationships. I’ve sold over 150 homes & $90+ million in lifetime sales, serving both buyers and sellers, ranging from executives & professional athletes to Veterans to first-time home buyers.

I was born and raised in the Asheville area and spent several years in the Bradenton, Sarasota, & Lakewood Ranch communities because my parents grew up there. I stay active within my communities, participating in, and leading, many professional networking groups.  With insights into local trends, hidden gems, and the pulse of the markets, I’m a knowledgeable resource for both full-time and seasonal residents as I am intimately familiar with both the coastal and mountain markets.

When I'm not selling real estate, you can find me either outdoors or on an ice rink.  I play ice hockey in the adult leagues and for a competitive women's team.  I also enjoy paddling a local river, hiking, spending time at the beach, or working in my garden.
