I'm Brandi Rininger, and a little over five years ago I packed up my family and moved from Florida to Western North Carolina. We sold our place down there, settled in Macon County, and fell in love with the slower pace, the mountain views, and the way Franklin felt like home almost instantly. Two years in, I knew real estate was the career I'd been looking for, and I've been helping other families find their version of that same move ever since.

I'm a broker with eXp Realty in the Carolina Smokies, licensed in North Carolina (NC license 350968). My home base is Franklin and Macon County, and I work throughout the surrounding mountain towns including Sylva, Bryson City, Otto, Highlands, Cashiers, and beyond.
